Mr. Hylton founded TCH Finanical Services, INC. the owner of this website. He has over twenty - one years experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in financial products/services marketing and management, first as a district agent and then as an award winning sales manager for Prudential.  He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
