Todd C. Hylton, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hylton co-founded INC. He has over twelve years experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in financial products/services marketing and management, first as a district agent and then as an award winning sales manager for Prudential.  Later, he founded his own multi-line financial services agency, Apex Insurance Brokerage Inc., providing a broad spectrum of services and insurance and investment products. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Gary S. Glatter, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Glatter has senior management experience with startups, development and early stage companies, and turnaround situations, with strong transaction, acquisition, business development, sales and operating experience. He led the SEC and road show process and successfully consummated an IPO raising $24.5 million. He also identified, negotiated and closed private placements and lines of credit totaling over $22 million. He is a graduate of Albany Law School.

Thomas Annick, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Annick comes to INC from a privately held high technology startup company where he was the CFO. Prior to that he was with Lincoln Financial Group as a senior financial consultant for six years. He began his career with the national accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co and has been the CFO of a NASDAQ-traded company. He has an accounting degree from Georgetown University.

Douglas D. Sheeran, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Sheeran has over 15 years experience in Management, Marketing and Information Technology, including extensive experience in the financial and international eBusiness consulting spaces. Most recently, he spent over five years on international, full-lifecycle software development projects for companies like IBM, General Electric, Nextel and a financial services company.  Mr. Sheeran has also worked for the Prudential in Marketing and Sales. He is a graduate of Roanoke College.

David K. Sloper, Vice President / Business Development
Mr. Sloper, a Certified Financial Planner and a Registered Financial Consultant, is an investment Advisor Associate with Lincoln Financial Advisors, a multifaceted financial
services organization. He currently operates his own fee based financial advisory business. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial Advisors, he spent five years in the financial services industry with Mass Mutual and The Mony Group.  He is a graduate of Towson University.

C. John Thomson IV, Vice President / Communications
For the past 5 years, Mr. Thomson has been Vice President of T J Telecommunications Inc., servicing the nationwide telecomm needs of businesses and consumers.  He is responsible for sales and marketing strategies utilizing nationwide networks of the major carriers, and has experience in multiple forms of voice/data/internet communications. Prior to that, he spent 13 years as the President/founder of American Resource Management Inc., a privately held medical billing/collection firm. He attended Towson University.

Biffrey Braxton, Director of Information Technology
Mr. Braxton spent over five years consulting on web design and application development projects for companies like DaimlerChrysler, BellSouth, Alcatel NA, William Mercer & Co., and a host of small businesses. He began his career at IBM, providing web support to international customers. Mr. Braxton currently operates his own Web Solutions business. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama.
